You can install the Heavy Weather Software on your PC with the included CD-ROM or Download the software directly from La Crosse Technology. This software is ONLY for the WS-2310 or WS-2315 Series of La Crosse Technology Professional Weather Centers.
- Simply use the PC cable supplied and connect the base station to the PC using the desired COM port on your PC.
- Activate PC Weather Software to display and record all weather data received by the base station from the external sensors on your PC.
- Use the Heavy Weather PC Interface to easily adjust the settings on your base station, including setting alarms.
- Chart graphs of the Weather History Data using Excel (not included).
To install the “Heavy Weather” software onto your PC, the minimum system requirements are:
- Operating system: Windows 98 or above
- Processor: Pentium 166 MHz or faster processor
- RAM: 32MB of Ram or more
- Hard disk: 20MB free space
- CD-ROM drive OR Internet Connection to http://www.heavyweather.info/new_english_us/index.html
