Davis Instruments newest wireless weather stations are the first and only weather stations in their price range to use frequency hopping spread spectrum radio technology. Wireless Vantage Pro2 can transmit and receive data up to 1000' (300 m) line of sight. At the same time we've kept all the features that have made the original Vantage Pro famous. You'll get highs and lows (and/or totals or averages) for virtually all weather variables for the past 24 days, months, or years, and your own local forecast—all without a PC.

All items listed here are US Versions. These items normally shipped USPS Priority Mail. Also available are UPS 2 day, UPS 3 Day, and Overnight at additional cost.

The Wireless Davis Instruments Vantage Pro2 is an all weather instrument. However, not everyone wants to measure precipitation in freezing weather. For those who do, this optional accessory is ideal. It melts any precipitation in the Rain Collector which comes with the Vantage Pro2 and gives accurate measurements in the melted state.

Use in cold climates to measure freezing rain or the moisture content of snowfall. Includes 24-watt, 24-volt heater with thermal cut-off switch, control unit, insulating reflective blanket, and AC-power adapter and 50' (15 m) cable.

Not for use with Solar Power Kit.
